DAVID S. THOMPSON ...
David Thompson has had extensive litigation and trial experience since being called to the bar in 1983. He has appeared before all levels of Courts in Ontario. As well, he has been Counsel before numerous administrative tribunals. David has also represented his clients at numerous arbitration and mediation proceedings.
David served as a Trustee of the Middlesex Law Association for many years and was President of the Association. He is on the executive of the County and District Law Presidents’ Association. He is Chair and member of the Board of Directors of LibraryCo, which is responsible for the oversight of the County and District Law Libraries in Ontario. He is a member of the Advocates’ Society.
David graduated from Carleton University with a B.A. (Hons) in history in 1978 and from University of Western Ontario with his LLB in 1981.
David enjoys many kinds of music and continues to enjoy history and golf.
