ROSE BILASH ...
Rose Bilash was born in Dauphin, Manitoba. Before entering law, she practiced as a registered nurse in the coronary unit and the critical care setting. Rose also volunteered with CUSO in Sierra Leone, West Africa from 1988 to 1990. She taught nursing in a rural mission hospital and established a paediatric nutrition program. Rose subsequently pursued her B.Sc. in nursing from the University of Western Ontario in 1992. She then attended law school at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997.
Rose continues to be a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario. Her medical background has been an asset to her practice, which focuses primarily on accident benefits claims. She is also a member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association. In her spare time, Rose enjoys gardening, family time and volunteering at her childrens' school.
