SHAWN MACDONALD ...
Shawn Macdonald was raised in London, Ontario. He obtained his B.A. (Hons) in history from the University of Western Ontario, and then spent almost seven years teaching English in South Korea. Shawn worked final four years as a professor at Myongji University in Seoul for the last four years that he lived there. While living in Seoul, Shawn was a member of the Seoul Gecko's Expatriate Hockey team.
Shawn returned to London in 2002 in order to obtain his law degree from the University of Western Ontario. He graduated from law school in 2005 and was called to the bar in 2006. He is a member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association and the Middlesex Law Association.
Since being called to the bar, Shawn has gained extensive litigation experience, including participation in several trials and numerous mediations. Shawn joined Shillingtons LLP in May of 2010.
