TERRY SHILLINGTON ...
Terry Shillington is an experienced trial counsel who has appeared on numerous occasions before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and courts of Ontario. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Terry obtained a B.A. in criminology and political science from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia before attending law school at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. Terry was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. Since that time, his practice has focussed primarily on civil litigation matters for insurance companies.
Terry founded the firm in 1998 on the premise that a small and focussed firm could provide better quality and more efficient and economical service to his insurance clients. That philosophy continues to guide the firm today. Terry is an active member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association. Terry also enjoys playing golf and coaching his sons in hockey, soccer, and lacROSSe.
