Alexander Neaves is a partner at Shillingtons LLP. He maintains a busy insurance defence practice in a number of fields. His areas of interest and experience include municipal liability claims, motor vehicle and other personal injury tort claims, and accident benefits disputes involving catastrophic impairment and other complex issues. In every case, Alex strives to identify the real issues and create practical solutions. He enjoys both the art and science of advocacy and has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and various administrative tribunals. Alex has a passion for the law and for getting his clients results.
Alex has a B.A. (Hons.) in philosophy from the University of Western Ontario (2002). He earned his LL.B. at Queen’s University in 2005, graduating with a number of academic awards. He was called to the Bar in 2006.
