Brett is an associate lawyer at Shillingtons LLP. He focuses his practice in automobile, municipal, and commercial litigation. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours with a Finance Concentration and Economics Minor, from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012, and his Juris Doctor from Bond University in 2014 in Australia. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016 and to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Brett completed his articles in a corporate commercial practice in Victoria, British Columbia, where he gained experience in contract drafting, corporate transactions, commercial litigation, and negotiation. Prior to articling, he worked at Shillingtons LLP as a summer student.
Brett is a member of the Middlesex Law Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Canadian Bar Association.
