Rochelle joined Shillingtons LLP as an associate lawyer in May 2019. She focuses her practice on automobile, municipal, and accident benefits litigation. She obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, with a specialization in Philosophy, from York University in 2013, graduating with high distinction. In 2017, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Rochelle completed her articles with an insurance defence firm in Hamilton Ontario, where she gained invaluable experience in the area of motor vehicle collisions, contractor negligence, and slip and fall claims. She also attended and assisted senior counsel with a two-week liability trial involving a complex motor vehicle-pedestrian collision. After her articles and call to the bar, Rochelle was employed as a personal injury lawyer at a plaintiff firm in Toronto. There, she assisted senior counsel with complex claims involving motor vehicle collisions, privacy law, and human rights violations.
Rochelle is a member of the Middlesex Law Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
